Abstract:Two-component signal transduction systems (TCS) are important global regulation systems in actinomycetes and involved in cell differentiation, the metabolism of nitrogen and phosphorus, the biosynthesis of secondary metabolites, and other physiological processes. In this paper, the distribution, classification, structure and function of TCS in Nonomuraea sp. were analyzed using bioinformatics. The putative TCS regulatory network was built to reveal the relationship between the biosynthesis of secondary metabolites and TCS.
