Abstract:Objective In order to improve the productive ferment level of CoQ10. Methods In this research, the original strain RQ17-296 was mutated by the combination of ARTP, PABA, and NaN3. Results and conclusion The mutant RQ18-211 was obtained with a high CoQ10 yield at 2561μg/mL, which was up to 28% from the original strain RQ17-296 (2000μg/mL) and also of good stability. The CoQ10 yield was 3,250μg/mL by controlling aeration, stirring rate, and different fed-batch model in 5L fermenter, which increased by 26.9% compared to the original strain fermentation technology.
